1-on-1 Coaching

Lead from your whole self — not your job title.

Leading Wholly Coaching is a six-month, personalized experience designed for executives and emerging leaders who are ready to align who they are with how they lead.

This isn’t generic career coaching. It’s a structured, science-backed journey that integrates the six aspects of whole-person leadership — Diversity, Adaptability, Lifelong Learning, Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment, and Authenticity — into your daily decisions and relationships.

Because leadership transformation starts within.

The Process

Each engagement is tailored, but follows a consistent arc:

  1. Discovery & Alignment

    • Define goals, challenges, and the current state of your leadership.

    • Identify strengths and limiting patterns through reflection and assessment.

  2. Integration & Practice

    • Apply the six aspects framework to live challenges in your work.

    • Build habits around self-awareness, adaptability, and emotional regulation.

  3. Sustainability & Growth

    • Develop ongoing systems for accountability and renewal.

    • Create a personal leadership manifesto — a practical guide for leading wholly beyond the program.
